Pinnacle's 2023 Customer Experience Awards Honor Top Performers in Senior Care Industry

Salt Lake City, UT / February 8, 2023—Pinnacle Quality Insight, a leading firm in the senior care sector that measures customer satisfaction and employee engagement, has announced its 2023 Customer Experience Award winners. These awards honor care providers in the top 85th percentile who have continued to deliver exceptional customer experiences to their patients and residents despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

Chris Magleby, CEO of Pinnacle Quality Insight, stated, "The frontline caregivers were the heroes of the pandemic, and they also experienced immense stress and difficulty during that time. The Customer Experience Awards exist to honor excellence on the front lines and recognize the vital interaction between residents and caregivers that is at the core of our industry."

Recipients of the Customer Experience Awards have demonstrated their leadership in the senior care industry by setting a high bar for customer service. Palmetto Patriot Veteran Home, a facility under HMR Veterans Services, particularly stood out by earning awards in all 16 categories, including overall satisfaction, quality of food, responsiveness, communication, and activities. This extraordinary feat highlights their unwavering dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences to their residents.

"I am incredibly proud of Palmetto Patriots and its team," said Dalton Freeman, Director of Training and Development at HMR Veterans Services. " It is a fairly new facility that has only been open for a little over a year, but the reputation that they already have in the community is impeccable."

Greg McNeil, Nursing Home Administrator at Palmetto Patriots Veteran Home, added, "Where the rubber meets the road is what the families feel and think about the care their loved ones receive here. Our team does a phenomenal job."

Pinnacle Quality Insight found that those customers who prioritize serving their patients and residents instead of just chasing high scores are best positioned to deliver an exceptional customer experience in the long run. CEO Chris Magleby noted, "The top performers always have two things: strong staff members who are continually recognized by the residents, and residents who have a warm connection with those staff members."

In a time when the importance of customer service has never been greater, the Pinnacle Quality Insight Customer Experience Awards celebrate the best of the best in the senior care industry. These winners are truly deserving of recognition for their hard work and dedication to their patients and residents.
