Pinnacle & The Eden Alternative Create Partnership to Further The Culture Change Movement

Salt Lake City, Utah, May 6, 2013 - Pinnacle Quality Insight (http://www.pinnacleqi.com), The Eden Alternative®, an international non-profit organization based in Rochester, NY, and Pinnacle Quality Insight®, a satisfaction measurement firm out of Salt Lake City, Utah, have teamed up to support the Eldercare culture change movement in Eden Registry Member organizations across the country.

The Eden Alternative and Pinnacle are working together through a value-added partnership to support The Eden Alternative's goal to "transform care environments into habitats for human beings that promote quality of life for all involved," according to Chris Perna, CEO of The Eden Alternative. "Pinnacle is a great fit as a value-added partner. Our value-added partners are businesses or organizations that are aligned with the Eden Alternative Philosophy and are participants in the culture change movement. They are dedicated to providing products and services that will have a positive impact on the lives of all care partners, as well as offering those products and services at a discount to Eden Registry Members. This helps keep quality care affordable" adds Perna.

Stan Magleby, CEO of Pinnacle, adds, "We have always had a great relationship with The Eden Alternative, and with those care providers who have adopted the Eden Alternative Philosophy. It was a natural fit to make this relationship more formal and public. We look forward to honoring the voices and choices of elders accepting care and their family members through this new feedback process developed for the unique needs of Eden Registry Members."
