COVID-19: Minor Customer Satisfaction Survey Adjustments

Due to the ongoing health crisis, we have made a few minor adjustments to our Customer Satisfaction survey questions. These changes will better communicate to respondents the concern you have for your residents and that you are interested in hearing from their loved ones during this pandemic.
