Why we’re adding "Pinnacle" to the Retain logo

Pinnacle Quality Insight is a customer and employee insight company. Our customer satisfaction services help senior care centers identify the highest-impact action areas where they can improve. Our employee-facing product, Retain, keeps employees engaged and on the job. 

Pinnacle Quality Insight products work together to make customers and employees happier, and that helps our clients fulfill their missions. We want to emphasize how our products coordinate with each other, which is why we are updating the Retain logo to include the Pinnacle brand name.

The product and our company haven’t changed. “Retain by Pinnacle” reinforces the complementary nature of our employee survey software. You’ll be seeing it from here on out. We hope it reminds you that both happy employees and happy customers are the key to outstanding post-acute care.
