Pinnacle hires a new Director of Business Development
Salt Lake City, Utah, August 16, 2011 - Pinnacle Quality Insight (http://www.pinnacleqi.com), Rich Goaslind is the newest member at Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer and employee satisfaction provider for senior and long-term care facilities. Goaslind brings with him 18 years of business management experience as the new Director of Business Development, and is focused on the sales and growth of Pinnacle.

The Salt Lake City native is a perfect fit at Pinnacle, where people are their purpose, and at the center of everything they do. Goaslind's personal motto is to "leave people better than when he found them". He not only does that, but also leaves businesses better than when he found them too- in his experience he has initiated a sales and marketing program that eventually produced over 15 million dollars in annual revenue.

Goaslind's professional experience includes various management positions. He attended Brigham Young University, and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
