2011 Skilled Nursing Satisfaction Levels Now Available

Salt Lake City, Utah, April 3, 2012 - Pinnacle Quality Insight (http://www.pinnacleqi.com), Pinnacle Quality Insight has released its 2011 findings regarding the customer satisfaction levels in U.S. Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Pinnacle has amassed resident satisfaction benchmarks and industry standards for nursing homes across the United States.

In addition to the national benchmarks released by Pinnacle, the satisfaction measurement firm is also releasing a comprehensive collection and analysis of qualitative feedback provided by skilled nursing residents and responsible parties.
