Plum Healthcare Signs on 27 New Facilities

Salt Lake City, Utah, July 27, 2011 - Pinnacle Quality Insight (http://www.pinnacleqi.com), has recently expanded their partnership with Plum Healthcare Group LLC, a low-profile Southern California nursing home chain, bringing their total number of facilities on-service with Pinnacle to 50.

In February of this year, Plum acquired 27 skilled-nursing facilities from Horizon West, who operated facilities in both California and Utah.
