Receive Surveys

A consumer sample from your organization will be included among the over 100,000 individuals surveyed every year. Residents/patients will work with one of Pinnacle's friendly and professional representatives to complete a monthly survey that includes open-ended questions and service category ratings. In addition to receiving comprehensive results at the end of the annual cycle, we will send you important survey data every month so that you know how you and your staff are doing.

Track Your Progress

Pinnacle updates its clients with real-time results as they strive to achieve Best in Class status. You will be able to use this information to gain a better understanding of how residents/patients feel about their experience while tracking your progress toward receiving an award in each individual category.

Awards Selection

Following the completion of surveys in December, Pinnacle will measure the cumulative results from all 12 months to determine the Customer Experience Award winners. Prior to an official announcement in January, you will receive a year-end report that indicates the areas in which you qualified for an award.
